Initiating a Return

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Product Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Items that have been used or altered will not be eligible for a return or exchange.

Process and Timeframes
